M2 stands for Kelly Paper Model 2 store locations. Historically Kelly Paper has provided over night service to it’s store program. Customer orders (Must Haves) and store replenishment are delivered daily to our stores under this traditional service model. As we grow into new markets, we have had to develop a service model that extends to locations where next day service from the Kelly Paper distributions centers is not currently an option. These locations use a combination of internal Kelly stock fulfillment along with utilizing Spicers Paper to fill many customer orders. This method has become a valuable part of our growth in these M2 markets.
